Bounce N Climb Safety Disclaimer At Bounce N Climb we maintain the highest quality in cleanliness and safety of equipment however, we will not take responsibility for any injuries or accidents involving children or their families whilst using our equipment. It is your responsibility as the adult/ carer/ parent of the children to ensure their safety at all times.
An adult/ carer/parent must accompany children at all times. Bounce N Climb disclaims all responsibility and accepts no liability (including negligence) for consequences of any injuries occurring with the use of equipment provided.
In order to keep the children safe, please:
Make sure equipment is used in safe environments, such as keeping a riding toys away from stairs.
Supervise and be involved in your childs' play.
Ensure children interact with the toys in appropriate ways. Ensure the play equipment is age appropriate.
The Hirer agrees to the following "Rules for Use":
A $100 cash bond will be taken at time of delivery, additional to your remaining hire payment. The $100 will be returned upon pick up of the equipment if they are in the same condition as they were left.
For hygiene reasons and preventing damage to the equipment we kindly request that socks must be worn while using the equipment at all times.
Any damage caused to the equipment will be charged to the lessee.
Please, no food or drink near the equipment.
Ball pit must be on solid, level ground to avoid damage. Children must be picked upon entry and exiting and no leaning/jumping on the frame is permitted.
Use within age, weight and size restrictions.
A minimum cleaning fee of $60 will apply where the play equipment is returned/ picked up in an unacceptable condition which requires extra cleaning. This includes food stains and excess grass/dirt.
Our equipment is not suitable for wet weather or wet grounds.
Jumping Castle "Rules for Use":
1. No shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges or sharp items on equipment.
2. The total weight of participants is limited to 130 Kg maximum (approximately 3-4 children)
3. No flips, jumps or leaning on the sides of the equipment.
4. No intentional body-to-body contact is permitted.
5. No food, drinks or chewing gum allowed on or near equipment
6. Supervision is required at all times.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will result in a non refundable booking fee.
